For the hundreds of millions of people who once lived under the banner of Crimzonism, however, a different story is to be told. With the fall of the long-ruling Crimzon Revolutionary Socialist Workers' Front (CRSWF) from power and the collapse of the autocratic regime that held them all together, several new nations have emerged from the Crimzon fold, with a resurrected Trilkassia now calling herself the Trilkassian Federative Republic keeping the lion's share of the old Union's territory, population, and resources. Building on the old regime's last-ditch efforts to liberalize its strict command economy in its dying days, the young nation finds herself in the midst of a painful market transition as a plethora of other growing pains plague its first few weeks of existence.
